ORDERS/SHIPPING

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What can I do?

Email us at support@thestatementapparel.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is placed, however, we cannot edit shipping information.

How can I return or exchange my order/an item?

We do accept returns and exchanges on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached for some orders. To see if your items are able to be exchanged or returned for store credit, please visit our Policies page.

Do you ship internationally?

We are based out of the United States and we do ship internationally! Shipping fees vary by country and we do not pay custom taxes or fees. If you are unable to select your country of residence at check out. Email us at support@thestatementapparel.com and we can help you further.

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?

Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 5 business days. If it takes longer than this, we will contact you with a status update every day until your order ships. 

Note: During busy holiday seasons, it may take up to a week to ship your products.

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office (or local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. STATEMENT APPAREL will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

I love your tees and want to do a giveaway/review on my blog/feed/website! How can I work with you?

We are so glad you love our products! We love that bloggers constantly reach out to us offering featured blog posts on their site. Reach out to us at support@thestatementapparel.com and we can discuss the matter in more details.

Please note, however, that at this point, as much as we would love to collaborate with each and every one of you, we are simply unable to enter into every partnership. However, if you do end up writing a blog post about STATEMENT APPAREL we would love for you to forward us the link!

Are you looking for brand reps?

We are not looking for brand reps at this time. Sorry!

I'm running a charity auction/ fundraiser and would love for STATEMENT APPAREL to donate. How do I request a donation?

Please contact us at support@thestatementapparel.com to let us know about your charity, auction, or fundraiser! We love to support amazing causes but have a limited number of donations we are able to make each month. 

I'm interested in selling STATEMENT APPAREL products on my website/store. Do you wholesale?

If you are interested in wholesale, we are currently accepting proposals for brick and mortar stores only. Please contact us at support@thestatementapparel.com for further information and/or to submit your proposal.
